A Life On The Road

Traveling is a way of life, a means to see the world and seek out some unknown adventure. Since I began traveling extensively about three years ago, I've come to the point where my time on the road exceeds all other activities besides perhaps sleep. My road adventures began in Europe, first traveling from Berlin to southern Germany, starting at the famed Michendorf rest station and zipping along the Autobahn. It was an exhilerating feeling to know I could leave the big city life behind me at any time. Soon I was traveling to neighboring countries, first Holland, France & Denmark, later to Spain where I would spend weeks hitchhiking along the northern coast, or more recently to Turkey, passing through the Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia & Bulgaria along the way.

At the moment I'm in the US, finding myself traveling a similar route to Jack Kerouac as he crossed from east to west more than 60 years ago. So far I've seen New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Niagara Falls, Toronto, Detroit & Chicago. I'm about to set forth on the I80 heading out to Omaha and Denver, looking forward to all of the adventures which await me.

Places To See

I'll soon be going to Mexico City, then from there south to Yucatan to explore the Mayan ruins. Afterwards I wish to travel through Central America, and then to South America. From here either back to Florida via Puerto Rico / Cuba or further south.
