Try putting the route on Google maps (you may have to remove some stops as it only allows 30 or so) and post the link here as something like [http://goo.gl/maps/e4RCK My proposed route] (in other words, [(open square bracket)URL a space description] (close square bracket)), which will display as My proposed route.
