"Incogitatus" is the Latin word for "Spontaneous." Well, that or "thoughtless," but I like spontaneous better :)
I grew up near Los Angeles, but didn't begin hitchhiking until after I dropped out of the university in Logan, Utah., I'm on Couchsurfing, here: http://couchsurfing.org/incogitatus
