Hitching out towards brno /prague I’d suggest walking there - 48°20′45.19″N 16°28′21.17″E instead going to the Eni petrol station from the G3 shopping resort. It’s just behind the intersection/the beginning of the on-ramp and you can find someone to take you to the first petrol station/ rest area along the highway, where your chances to find someone going to brno/prague are increased since there’s also truck traffic and there are many czech and polish cars.
