::As for most continents/countries, we so far used the [http://unstats.un.org/unsd/methods/m49/m49regin.htm United Nations Statistic Division], which seems to be a quite reliable ''categorization'' for the world. There, some part of the Middle East can be found under ''Western Asia'', some part as ''Northern Africa''. So in fact, they are not even mentioning the ''Middle East'', but use the continents for categorization. For me, this division is the most logical. Refer to this edit by Platschi here... Middle East is located not only in Western Asia, but in Northeastern Africa, too. That's why categorization IsIn|Western Asia is not right, and IsIn|Earth probably suits better.--Sigurdas 01:13, 13 November 2008 (UTC)

As for most continents/countries, we so far used the United Nations Statistic Division, which seems to be a quite reliable categorization for the world. There, some part of the Middle East can be found under Western Asia, some part as Northern Africa. So in fact, they are not even mentioning the Middle East, but use the continents for categorization. For me, this division is the most logical. For most of it, we already did it at Western Asia and Northern Africa. --Platschi 11:30, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
