There is actually only one spot from where you can hitchhike and that is the crossing of the coastal road with the Carretera a Paracas. Not a lot of traffic here but most cars passing by will give you a lift. flohfish

Take a motortaxi or get to the Panamericana like described above. The crossing of the Carretera a Paracas and the Panamericana is the place to reach. flohfish
