Saint-Raphaël is a city in France. It's located directly next to Fréjus and the two cities are often mentionned together <map lat="43.441963679834" lng="6.7720606327054" zoom="11" view="0" float="right" />
Hitching out
To hitch out of Saint-Raphaël, you'll have to get to Fréjus. It's about 3km so you can walk (it's quite straight forward, just follow the signs).
You can also take a bus (e.g. number 6) from the gare routière for 1,10€. You have to get off at "Fréjus Centre Paul Vernet".
From there, you can just follow the instructions given for Fréjus
