I deleted your contribution to the Nevada article saying that "for clarification the state law allows for a citie's interpretation."
Could you explain this? My reasoning is that state law overrides all city statues, while it may be legal to hitch in Vegas, the state law is still in effect that you cannot hitch on a highway. [[User:Thewindandrain|Thewindandrain]] 18:23, 13 March 2012 (CET)
