::Oh, that's great. However, as far as I can follow from the above list you've been adding, you have headed inland after Antalya, which makes my above comment nullified—both of the places I've mentioned as having long waits are on the coast east of Antalya. On the other hand, if you have really traversed those places (Alanya & Anamur) without waiting a significant length of time beside the road, then you deserve a rather big applause. :) [[User:Vidimian|Vidimian]] 23:46, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
:::Ah, yeah, after Antalya, our plans changed, and we hitched across the country to Georgia instead.. People inland seemed a lot more hospitable than those on the south west coast (My theory is that they're not used to tourists). Every Everyone offered us water; Most people would offer us some form of food (usually fruit); One family even pulled over and after we determined that they were going in the wrong direction for us, they changed their plans for the day and shared their picnic with uson the side of the road.  :::The black sea leg was incredibly easy.. picked up by one of the first 10 cars every time (have heard the same story from others we met in Georgia who also hitched along the black sea) --[[User:Alecofnz|Alecofnz]] 13:05, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
