==Hitching Out==
To hitch out towards Zurich, Berne or Basel in westerly direction, there's a spot at the Sankt Fiden Exit. There is a bridge over the highway from where a driveway is going down to meet the highway. So you can just stand on the upper end of that driveway and have your lift use the part of it on which the road coming from one direction (left, seen from the driveway) is joining the main track. Take bus 1, 4, or 7 direction Stephanshorn, Guggeinen, resp. Neudorf. Get out at the St Fiden stop and walk to the bridge.
