[[Minsk]] (Belarusian: Менск IPA: [mʲinsk]; Russian: Минск; IPA: [mʲinsk]) is the capital and largest city in [[Belarus]], situated on the Svislach and Niamiha rivers. Minsk is also a headquarters of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
