I run a charity which helps alleviate the symptoms of depression with outdoor therapy, particularly walking. During the summer of 2009, I am planning a hitch around the coastline of the UK mainland. I'd like to post info on ll be posting here regularly, using this site for reference, and include information about my journey and specific hitching locationsdestinations.
