If you want to go to Puttgarden for going into [[Scandinavia]], you can hitch to the ferry at Puttgarden, and get a ride straight to [[Copenhagen]]. Have a look at the [[Puttgarden]] article for more info.
right now, there's a construction side between Hamburg-Horn and Kreuz Hamburg Ost. The A24 direction Berlin and Lübeck will be closed until 19. August 2018. The spot might not work in this time. (https://www.ndr.de/nachrichten/hamburg/A24-ist-im-Hamburger-Osten-lange-gesperrt,verkehr794.html)
