Oh, you had a bad day! It takes a good 45 minutes to walk from FF/o station to the motorway onramp towards Berlin, supposedly a good spot. Tram or bus may bring you there even faster, but you have to study that on the spot because [[User:Fverhart|Fverhart]] doesn’t know.
If you want to go to Berlin, or generally direction West there is a great hitchhiking spot in Frankfurt (Oder). Take a tram nr 1 (direction Neuberesinnschen - it costs €1,20) get off at the last stop. Then walk some 100 m along Mühlenweg. You will see a petrol station. You can hitchhike at the exit of the station. I It usually takes 10-20 m till somebody offers a ride. Viel Spaß!
